the Bear SG

the left side of my head is throbbing.. and my right side is in pain Mad

i swear the boss is so dense her skull has some kind of gravitational force Mad

some *&$#^ from Strategic Planning came up with a worthless Venn Diagram showing the things we did.. 2 bloody circles with bits intersecting..

the intersection part = bits of our org mission which intersected..

the other 2 parts are exclusive of each other..

she kept ranting that we had to come up with something which covered everything in there...

i tried to tell her that is it not possible...

she kept ranting and ranting and said that 'don't tell me cannot.. we are told to do it, we must do it'

so for 2 *&$^ing hours, i kept quiet while she and the guy who is in despair went at it... until i said 'our mission statement is in two parts for a reason.. and this is why.. to try to merge them is pointless...'

suddenly, that became the boss's idea.. that 2 parts cannot be merged...

that's 2 bloody hours of my life i'll never get back Mad
